What is a Purchase Order (PO) form?
A commercial document issued by a buyer (you) to a seller (us). It indicated types, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services from the seller.
What is an Estimate form?
A document that allows the buyers (you) to offer information regarding a wanted product or service to the seller (us) to receive an estimate (or quoted price) for the requested product.
What's the difference?
PO forms are for individuals who have previously had an order with us and know basic print specifications (such as inks, bleeds, finished versus flat, etc) and are requesting materials, sometimes on an already negotiated price. Estimate forms are for mostly for first-time buyers who would like a quote on a print job. Purchase insinuates that the buyer knows what they want to buy, while an estimate offers the buyer the ability to find out how much a project will cost.
